Night Care Assistant
Night Shift - Permanent Contract
As part of our Care Team you will be delivering a high standard for day to day care to residents as directed by the care plan for that individual and reporting changes or concerns to the Nursing Team. Our staff are highly trained in providing care with the upmost dignity, empathy and compassion.
Job Role
-
Assist in enabling residents to live their chosen lifestyle, giving caring support in maintaining their personal hygiene, dressing, meal times and going to bed.
-
To deliver care to residents as directed by the care plan for that individual, reporting changes or concerns to the Nurse in Charge or other qualified nursing staff, both verbally and in writing on resident’s general condition and wellbeing.

To establish and maintain good relationships with residents, their relatives and visitors.

Support the Domestic team in maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Compassionate, caring and considerate.
-
Experience in working with older people and a willingness to learn.
Qualification/Experience
-
Either currently holding NVQ level 2 or working towards the qualification would be an advantage
-
Attend all mandatory training courses
-
Enhanced DBS will be applied for, if not already held
